How We’re Funded

The Urology Nevada Cancer Foundation (UNCF) relies on grants, 
individual donations and fundraising events to support our mission of 
improving the lives of those affected by urologic cancers in Northern 
Nevada. These funds help us raise awareness, provide education, 
support prevention efforts and offer support services to our community.

Our donors enable us to improve quality of life and enhance health 
outcomes for those in Northern Nevada battling urologic cancer.

Formerly the Zero Prostate Cancer Walk/Run, the UNCF 5k for Prostate Cancer is held every August to raise awareness and funds for the fight against prostate cancer. Each year, survivors, families and supporters join the walk event to honor those affected by prostate cancer and to champion prevention and early detection. Every step taken funds the Foundation and helps us provide life-changing cancer support.
